Functional But Overhyped
The media could not be loaded. When I bought the KneadEat Churro Maker, I had visions of golden, crispy churros dancing in my head. While it technically works, it’s far from the game-changer it claims to be. Here’s what I liked and what I didn’t:What’s Good:• The Stainless Steel Nozzle: The 304 stainless steel nozzle is solid. It’s durable and gives you nice, well-formed shapes for your churros. No complaints here. Just pay no attention to the biased comparison chart that paints stainless steel as a horrible pox on humanity.• Lightweight and Easy to Clean: It’s made of lightweight plastic and the parts are easy to take apart and clean, which is always a plus.• Piping Bag Attachment: I’ll admit, the large-nozzle attachment is a fun touch if you want to fill your churros with something like fruit coulis, vanilla custard, dulce de leche or whipped cream. What’s Not:• That “Booster-Powered” Handle? Yeah, No: The handle is completely manual; no springs, no magic, no “booster.” It’s just your hands doing the work. Calling this “powered” is a stretch, to say the least.• Recipe Scavenger Hunt: There’s no recipe included IN the box or on the website that’s QR-linked from the Amazon product page. But you CAN scan the QR code on the box or on the maker itself! A bit of a disconnect, but not a deal killer.• The Recipe Itself: The listing brags about “ONLY 2 INGREDIENTS” (water and flour), but one of the recipe videos casually throws in a third: salt. It skips nice add-ins like vanilla, so the result is too bland before you add any cinnamon-sugar coating. To be honest, churro recipes do vary, so it’s up to you. You may want to find a proper or authentic recipe on a reputable Mexican food blog.• Redundant Tool: If you already own a cookie press or piping bags with a star nozzle, congratulations—you already own a churro maker. This gadget doesn’t add anything new to the equation.Final Thoughts:If you’re set on making churros, the KneadEat Churro Maker will get the job done, it’s easy to use, and it’s reasonable in price, but don’t expect it to be revolutionary. It’s basically a cookie press. The marketing hype on the product page and the disinformation about plastic vs. stainless steel are both laughable. Maybe save your money and drawer space by digging through your existing kitchen tools for a free solution. Got a cookie press or piping bags with a star nozzle? Just skip this single-use kitchen gadget entirely.

Bueno
El producto es bueno pero hace los churros demasiado finos y al freírlos se rompen y no los puedes rellenar
