Do the tri blend pens fit in this storage?

They fit in the slots but the depth is not deep enough but saying that I store mine in it

I dont think you can. I had to buy multiple sets to get more trays.

Will these racks stack with the clear ones please?

They also stack with the Aqua ones

What is the spacing size of the slots? How high and wide are they?

The size is on the picture of the box, if you zoom in to the pic, on the left, you will see it. I store my distress inks (full size) and momento (full size). You can only store 1 ink pad in each compartment 18 in total. In all honesty they are a bit flimsy, if you stack as illustrated on the box, it’s difficult to move as each section is resting on the next, and there is not much to hold them together unless you glue them together. If I were to buy more storage. I would go for something more solid. Hope this helps.
