The information contained in this book is based on the occult knowledge given to us by the ancients that have been passed down by witches for tens of thousands of years. This book is the manifestation of seeing a lack of complete ingredient correlation resources, not tainted by religious reprimand or political correctness. This book contains long-standing traditional ingredients as well as commonly used, but not talked about items, such as animal parts and bodily fluids. Also included are rarely found magical correlations of common rocks, metals, crystals, color magic and moon phases. I have found that the majority of modern witches' arsenals of magical ingredients are extremely limited. My goal is to remedy that issue. You would be hard-pressed to find another easily accessible book of magical ingredients that included the use of animal and human blood and bone, semen, vaginal fluids, infectious mucus, rotten ingredients, or poisonous plants, much less, teaching the properties of these materials for baneful workings. Review: An extremely useful compendium of ingredients - Witch Foot has something of a controversial reputation depending on who you speak to in the magical community. She exists much like the wise women of yore, on the outskirts of universal acceptance, for that is the true place for one who walks the crooked path, is it not. Whichever side of the camp you sit on, you cannot deny that Witch Foot knows her stuff. Here is a useful compendium of ingredients and their correspondences to have on your bookshelf. Use it as a reference to assist you in creating spell work which is effective and accurate in its application and see the results for yourself. A great book for serious practitioners who like to compose complex spell work. Space for note taking is so useful and INVALUABLE in this book. Are the margins of your magical texts not over spilling with footnotes? If not then what are you even doing? Start writing in the margins of your texts with a pencil immediately, you won’t regret it. We appreciate the space for notes WitchFoot! Keep up the good work Review: Knowledgeable - Great book, a lot of Ancient ingredients. Very helpful and handy.

A delightful and thorough book!
I was on the fence about buying this, “you don’t need another correspondence book.” Let me just tell you that if you are feeling the same way, just give in. The book is thorough, concise and heavily detailed. You definitely won’t need another correspondence book again. Very easy to navigate, perfect for note taking. Excellent all round!

The best book honestly, I bought before a bunch of books for ingredient correspondence but all of them were just ‘love and light’ , or baneful, witchfoot explains everything in detail

Great contents, but cheaply made.
I brought this very quickly as I’ve followed witchfoot for a while. It’s a very comprehensive book, covering (almost)anything you can think of. I like play a game with my partner where he says a random ‘thing’, and I flick through to find out what it does. She has covered some burning questions I couldn’t find answers for elsewhere, and I’d say it’s possibly one of the most valuable information sources to own as a witch. My one gripe, is I’d love to see the book itself reflect the importance of the contents inside. It looks like it was made in Google docs. I’m more than happy to support and purchase from ms foot regardless of what the information comes in, but it seems a shame. What a wonderful opportunity it would’ve been to play with illustrations throughout, to create a book that LOOKS as important as it’s contents are. I will say I used as a chopping board briefly and you can’t even tell, so it’s not as though it’s not sturdy - but imagine it hardback(!). Otherwise, if you’re looking for a no-nonsense resource book, I doubt you’d find a better one than this.

Brilliant Reference Book - Not the best presentation
This book is an excellent resource for any practicing Witch or energy worker, who is looking to have a great starting point for understanding different correspondences. It’s very vague however, and just presents a list of materials for specific purposes. The book itself looks cheaply made, and the pages themselves are just full of black inked lists on simple white pages. In my mind, it isn’t worth the price on presentation alone. But the content is superb.

Wonderful guide
Informative and To the point exactly how I like my books to be. If you want your books full of frills and blah blah go elsewhere. If you want a good list of ingredients with information and to the point, this is exactly what you need. Hope to have it in other languages so other people can have this wonderful guide.

Outstanding
I am impressed with this book. These days, it takes quite a lot to impress me. The author has stated that you’d be hard pressed to find a similar comprehensive ingredient correlation resource. And she’s correct. I’m not doing well psychologically right now, and am having a very difficult time seeing meaning in my existence. The information in this book is helping me to get outside in nature and to get interested about that which is freely available in my own “backyard.” I’m starting to better understand what respect of the land looks like. Everything is an exchange of energy, even if it doesn’t seem so on the surface. Plants that I once considered weeds are now a valuable resource! (eg dandelions) I’m relatively new to the craft and at times I find myself drowning in resource books that contain more fried fluff than solid, direct, easy to find information. I can’t count the number of books I’ve checked out of the library that do not deliver what even the title says it will deliver! It’s quite frustrating. I’m certain it’s all part of the learning process. This book is just the opposite of those bulky, fancy books with gold leaf and glossy pages. I am filling up the blank notes portion at the back of the book faster than I had anticipated. Not only is there a comprehensive list of ingredients and their correlations, there is also information about color and candle magick, magical tools, which spells work best on which days, common rocks, animal parts, moon phase correlations, metals, crystals. I must also state that one must take a moment to admire the forthrightness, courage and tenacity of the author, Witchfoot. I feel that she is a trailblazer, and stands firm in the face of what oft amounts to substantial criticism and opposition. I would be remiss if I did not speak on my perception of the energy of the book itself. I feel that the book itself has been imbued with very bright, positive energy. This book seems to shift/raise the energy of the room which is why it’s always out on the table and rarely on the book shelf. It’s as if it says “hey you got this!” And on a personal note, if you did somehow enchant the book itself, thank you. I’m somehow now less miserable and depressed. ☺️

I highly recommend
I purchased this book a while ago and I got to say it was worth it, say what you like about witchfoot but this book is very helpful, if you need to know the correspondences of an ingredients you got to get this book. It has a very good list in alphabetical order and you can easily find the properties of the ingredient you're holding, that are in your pantry or on your altar or wherever you keep your magick ingredients . I recommend you get this book because it also has what days are best to cast whatever spell you want to cast.

Must Have For Any Witch
Where has this book been my whole witchy life?!? I have always found Witchfoot to be a wealth of knowledge but this book exceeded my expectations. It’s a well written, no bs, know your tools book. Like other reviewers, I read this in one sitting. (And I really appreciate the advice on how to find correlations of unlisted herbs.) Don’t get me me wrong. This isn’t a read-it-and-put-it-down book. There is advice, room for notes, and a “get out there and do it” attitude. So be prepared to write and highlight and CREATE. Thank you, Witchfoot! You have my support, appreciation and admiration always. No spoilers but… the laptop thing had me cracking up!! :D
