Roo runs provide very firm support. I've been having a lot of heel pain playing golf. They have helped. I still get some pain especially after a round but it's a big improvement on insoles which provide less support

I was sceptical, but I decided to purchase a pair on the back of the reviews and also because there was a 10% off voucher. I have spent a small fortune on trainers, as I like to go walking. I cant run anymore due to knee issues, so walking is my only activity I really enjoy. I suffer from overpronation, flat feet and lately heel pain which has been affecting my amount of exercise and I have to have decent shoes which I do own. But the pain has got quite bad so I was researching and came across RooRuns. The first time I wore these I wasnt sure, as my foot was not used to the arch the insoles were encouraging, but on the 2nd walk I suffered no pain at all, which I was very surprised with. And managed to clock in my fastest 5 mile walk of the year so far which I was not expecting.I've only had 2 walks in these so far, but the results are encouraging enough that I will most probably purchase another pair.

I had previously spent £400 on one pair of specially made authotics, as I could barely walk anymore without terrible pain. However they started to wear out after about a year and I wasn't in a position to keep spending £400 every time, so I tried these. Amazing results. I can now walk for hours on end and they seem to retain their shape and integrity and because of the reasonable cost of them, I now have a pair in each pair of my shoes, instead of having to transfer them each time I want to wear another pair.Highly recommended.

These insoles do what they advertise but they become unusable as the squeak incessantly and unbearably!! Gone back to what I used before. I’ll find another use for these

These are great, they give support in all the right places and are really useful for shoes with no arch support. Fit is good and they are good value.

I love these insoles. Really helped my over pronation, but OMG, the squeaking. Had to cover them with micropore tape to stop it. Would be 5 stars if it wasn’t for that

I bought to improve the comfort of my working boots. I am on my feet walking most of the time. With these in my steel to cap trainers makes all the difference as the heal has a larger shock absorbing area. Also there is an absorbing area for the front of the foot and the arch support maker sure that the pressure is evenly distributed so no pain at any part of the foot. Less foot ache at the end of the day. Best arch support insoles yet. Will buy more for each pair of shoes.
