Best suitcase
I love this suitcase, it travelled half the glove with me by now. It's light but spacious and so sturdy. The outside gets scratched quite easily but it still looks great. My favourite colour still!

Fabulous piece of luggage. Lightweight, well designed and probably worth the price.

A spacious and reasonably light weight suit case
Very distinctive colour and certainly an asset when spotting on airport luggage carousel. Please with overall size and build and still looks like new after several trips, plenty of storage space and generally pleased with well priced purchase

Love this case
Thankfully got it on offer. Why aren’t all suitcase made me both sides zipped? Took a lot of searching to find one that was. Have used it on 2 trips abroad so far and the case still looks almost as good as new. Will get another one when I see it on offer again

Terrible quality (broke on the second trip) and laughable after sales service. AVOID!
Terrible quality product. Was expecting more from a reputable brand like Samsonite. The material is supposed to be soft to be flexible and durable but my unit was permanently dented on only its second trip. The suitcase obviously received pressure when on the plane or handled but should never permanently deform like this. Contacted Samsonite support to see what my options for repair were but they didn’t even want to inform me or entertain the idea and instead told me to claim with the airline. Shameful response. I understand not covering (in some degree) but after sale they were not even helpful enough to guide me through the repair options/ process. Needless to say I will not be buying again. They just don’t make them like they used to and their after sales service is pathetic. For comparison, before this I had an unbranded suitcase for 15 years that took much more abuse than this over the years and only had to replace it because the internal zippers failed.
