Sausage Stuffer Machine w/4 Stuffing Tubes, 2.2 LBS Large Capacity

Does a good job for small batches. It took more force to push the plunger down than I was expecting, but we make our sausage on the stiff side and keep the meat chilled. Easily cleaned after use.

This is a perfect item to have, works perfectly to stuff sausage no leaking and easy to use and easy to wash and clean

I ignored the negative reviews of this product in the hopes of really small batch sausages and meat sticks. Should have listened and NOT purchased this stuffer. It felt kinda cheap and the horn didn’t fit exact, could see space. The plunger was hard to push down, juice/blood pushed out and puddled all around the stuffer. When finished, I went to wash, and the bar that holds the plunger popped out. I tried putting it back in and pulling again. Too much suction and off again, thats when I checked the return date and planned on sending it back. I guess I’ll just use my 5 pound stuffer.The company did reach out to me and offered a full refund. I can appreciate their customer service and value they have for their customers.

It's very hard to press down once you have the meat in there, you will definitely have to have a strong person there to press it down. It also takes two people to do this because it's hard to keep the casing on the part that comes out, and even if you hold the casing on there for the person pressing down, the meat backs up on the casing holder(where the meat presses through into the casing). The usage was difficult though, you have to be strong and it takes two people to maneuver it. I think that if it was electric would would have made it much easier, but I'm not sure how you could that...Best thing about it is that it was super easy to get clean. This particular model does not have a grinder on it. We did like that it came with various sizes of sausage makers and it did come with two small cleaner brushes.

Works well for parties. Makes perfect sausages.

Are you using plastic knives?Look - I bought it, just to try to make sausages and don’t spend a fortune.So eventually I used it... and it is meh.First of all: kudos - it was not at all breaking, despite all the force you have to add to stuff the sausage.However:• It is free standing, it doesn’t “suck to the surface” - which makes it very difficult to put the casing on.• With the force you are applying, sausage meat is actually coming out of any seam. Not joking - it doesn’t come only out of the hose, but all nooks and crannies. It would be funny, if you are not so exhausted of “pressing”.• Look - I am an almost 300 pounds guy - but I had issues to press the piston down to stuff the sausage. It is incredible exhaustive and doesn’t really work much. For about 700 grams of sausage it took me about 45 minutes to have a reasonable result.• The hoses are not suitable. Look - the hoses are in this rough plastic, which seems to be a smart choice - but it isn’t. It is difficult to put the casings on the horns - and then it is sometimes sticking and not easily coming off.So overall - I am impressed, that this thing didn’t break. But overall - it doesn’t make your life much easier as you are using a “homemade” solution. If it would cost a quarter of the price, it wouldn’t be an issue - but at this price, invest more and get a machine or a manual stuffer, which has “no direct action”.
