The four stars are or the very pretty flower design on the bracelet. It is coated with a laquer, and until that wears off the wrist won't turn green and the copper will not touch the skin. I wish they did a slave bangle in this design.

Not happy with the braclet it has bent all up in the middle cheap looking braclet

Ideal if you have a small wrist it has the recommended 6 magnets I think it has helped a little time will tell i will update this review if a marked improvement occurs.

Have worn for a year now, hardly taken it off at all. Dosent turn wrist green unless been for a long sweaty run.Couldn't say if it helps with back pain/circulation to be honest. But it's super pretty and it's part of me now.As previous reviews it is adjustable, but my wrists are small so I can close it almost completely and it fits just nice.
