Works, though a bit difficult to align with the battery terminals. Previous "charger" of different design did not work at all. Hard to find one of these for older digital Olympus camera, but the camera is worth keeping.

I had an old Olympus digital camera and lost the charger for it. This replacement charger worked perfectly, saving the camera from ending up in the trash.

We wanted a spare charger for our LI-42B lithium batteries, for our Olympus Stylus 740 camera, and this charger works perfectly. It's a decent quality build, with fold-in plug (perfect for packing) and included a DC 12V adapter for an auto cigarette lighter. The batter fits perfectly - though, be sure to observe polarity markings (clearly indicated with + and - symbols on the charger and battery), as it's possible to put the battery in backwards. The battery easily snaps in place, and charges quickly (mileage will vary, depending on the age of the battery). We highly recommend this to anyone who needs a replacement charge for compatible model camera batteries.

I'm not sure why, but sometimes this charges the battery, sometimes it does not. I'm using it with my Olympus TG-310 battery. After using it, I check the battery in the camera to be sure it actually charged. I have not tried the car adapter yet.

This charges my Olympus battery just as well as the original charger did, and does a better job on the generic batteries than the old one (which had a tendency to not recognize the generic batteries and turn itself off). It is nice and compact, plugging directly into the wall instead of having a detachable cord to get lost or in the way. I also like the way the prongs slide into the body of the charger, making it very portable. All in all, a very good purchase and a great bargain.

Happily, I agree with the three reviews preceding mine! This is a great, versatile little charger that charges faster than the original charger. Love that it can be adapted to the car and is small and far more portable than the original (hated that bulky, ill-fitting cord and the loose battery compartment!) I can actually say I am glad we lost the original charger and replaced it with this little gem. The only thing that remains to be seen is its longevity. The price sure can't be beat.

I received the charger today. it is not the right one for the Olympus camera,stylus 730.I don't know where I can find the right charger for this charger. I will try to find out how I can return it. if I cant find the right one I will just have to trash it and eat the loss. A very dissatisfied customer, M. Dorsey
