such fun!
I love this! Great in the summer to add carrot rosettes to salad or a garnish to a dish. Carrot shavings are an easy addition to a sandwich instead of lettuce - gives a nice crunch.

Expensive but best peeler I have ever found for arthritic hands. Previous one lasted years so well worth the money

Needs careful use
It is well made but if you simply push a carrot into the sharpener it literally comes out looking like a sharpened pencil! The problem is the carrot shaving becomes wider and winder until it ends up being 5-6cm wide? In short it cannot make dainty small carrot roses easily.
