Used as an alternative to sanitary towel. Without wishing to get too graphic, these work well overnight, when tampons aren’t enough to last the whole night. But conscious of not being very environmentally friendly, so now only use these if I’m staying away from home and have reusable washable alternative for home.

During my heavy period this is my life saver during night

I used these while non weight baring after breaking an ankle I had to hop to the toilet and sometimes accidents would happen. I thoroughly recommend them they are very absorbent and don’t leak also they are comfortable and not bulky they can be worn underneath trousers or jeans and no one would know .

Choose a medium based on stated size up to a 16 - I was a 14 at end of pregnancy and wanted them post partum. But found out too late that although i could just get in thrm they were very tight and uncomfortable. Size up! Cant speak for absorbency as never put up with them long enough to find out

At last some pants to take on holiday. Wear well, and elastic stays up well Don't even know I have them on. No smell just soaks up small amounts of pee. Also good, if you catch this flu virus, as the cough is just awful. Then I leak

An excellent product which helps me to feel less afraid of little `accidents,` but it is cheaper to buy from local pharmacies.
