I have order this Dampers for my IFB Senator VX 8 kg. After installation of this, vibration and sound of drum and machine significantly reduced. They are almost identical to original dampers. Installation is easy if you know the method. IFB service person was asking 3200 for the product+installation, however, it can be installed by self using youtube video and save money. Worthy product.

I tried buying these locally before. It was cheaper but two dampners I got clearly had two different friction setting. Cheap dampners are inconsistent, also it is not as tough on compression or expansion like these ones. Ideally the dampner should hold the drum load weight and reduce to and fro motions. These were perfect, but one of the dampners had lil bit of rust. I donno whether this would last as much as stock IFB ones. But these are 600 and IFB quoted 5000 including service charges. The hole size in listing was given 11mm. But it was much smaller. It almost took my life to push the pins through these even after applying grease. Ultimately it all worked. Would I say this is a perfect DIY? Nope! But atleast now I know how to fix Washing machines

Don't buy these shock absorbers, these are used and replaced parts , after they were found to be not useful or not absorbing the washing machine vibrations any more, so don't waste your money and time in replacing them in your washing machine you will egret the decision.

I have replaced them myself and the washing machine is not moving by an inch. Nice product.
