I don't have hair loss — I bought this specifically for volume and texture, and it works. I've tried several different shampoos and conditioners looking for something that would give my hair more volume and texture without leaving it greasy, heavy or weighed down. This has become my go-to. I have average-thickness hair, and the difference is noticeable. My hair has more volume and feels like it has more texture after using this, which is exactly what I was looking for. What I really like is that it doesn't accomplish that by making my hair feel dry or sticky. It doesn't leave that greasy, heavy feeling that I've experienced with some products marketed for volume. My hair still feels clean and natural, just with more body. The Citrus Spice scent is also really nice. It's noticeable without being overpowering, which I appreciate. One thing I want to point out because I think it's useful for other shoppers: you don't have to be dealing with hair loss to get something out of this product. I originally tried it because I wanted better volume and texture, and those have been the biggest benefits for me. It's also a pretty good value because the bottles last quite a while. 5 stars from me. If you're looking for more volume and texture but don't necessarily need a hair-loss product, I'd definitely give this one a try. It's become the shampoo and conditioner I reach for regularly.

Great citrus smell
Have been buying this brand consistently for a few years now. Love the scent. Haven’t seen noticeable hair thickening from consistent use but I like the brand, smell and clean so I continue to buy it.

Shampoo is good, conditioner counteracts the shampoo. Just the shampoo is good for me. I have another, more effective conditioner.
