It's not about the helmet, it has to fit the facemask and the visor does fit the majority of Riddell facemasks.

With the center tab removed, the Legacy series visors works great in helmets with a more classic design. Not intended for the Riddell SpeedFlex but a great fit for just about all other helmets! I

Does it come with the mounting clips and stickers?

Yea but I wouldn’t buy it again. Poor quality, scratches really easy. The Nike shield still looks new from last year.
