How does it secure to keep the tent shape? velcro? and how easily does it collapse? wanting it strictly for the tent structure. thanks in advance.

it's a combination of velcro and zippers that make up the shapes the pyramid is velcroed together and collapses to the canoe then can un zip to a flat mat my son loves this in all the different configurations. the velcro is strong enough of a grip that it wont come apart from the tent structure unless you want it to it will not just fall apart if that's what your worried about it's a solid product
