MOLD ARMOR E-Z House Fence & Patio Wash, Clear, 64 Fl Oz (FG512M)

When I moved into my new home, I found that the deck and siding had quite a bit of mildew buildup, especially in the shaded areas. I wanted something that wouldn’t require endless scrubbing, so I picked up this cleaner. Using it was easy, I just connected the bottle to my garden hose, sprayed it on, let it sit, and rinsed it off. The difference was noticeable within minutes. The green patches on the deck faded away, and the siding looked much brighter. It worked well on my vinyl fence, too.But the spray isn’t as even as I expected. Depending on the water pressure, sometimes too much cleaner comes out at once, and other times it feels like not enough is being dispensed. I had to adjust my angle a few times to get better coverage. Still, considering how much time it saved compared to scrubbing by hand, it was definitely worth it. I’ll be using it again when the deck needs another refresh.

I used this after a deep deck cleaning and I did notice a slow down of mold and green residue building up again. I also used it for the outside of the house. There it was more noticeable because it's an off white color. Results were similar. It didn't fully prevented mold but it slowed down by a lot which will delay how often I will have to clean it. Was easy to spray it around and had no unpleasant scent. I was able to cover a pretty large area with one single container

Easy to use, great price, product works well. Great for patios and sidewalks. I like these products, plant/grass/ flower safe, just wet plants and grass down around area using with plain water before applying this product.Read directions, and easy to use hook to garden hose. Reasonable priced, these products are great for home diy.Remove algae and green mold growth easily. Spray, let set minute or two, use old broom for extra scrubbing if needed, then rinse.Easy. Wear old clothes when using and do not get in your eyes. Keep out of reach of children.

My husband typically powerwashes the vinyl siding which was an all-day task and had mixed results. He was skeptical when I offered to wash the siding myself using Mold Armor. I was able to remove 95% of the mold and algae in 30mins (including prep and cleanup and rinsing the plants) using just one application and a few minor touchups. Used one bottle for the side of the house, with some extra for the front/garage area. Works well, easy to use, saves time and is relatively safe to use.

I liked the nozzle so I purchased this to avoid pumping/squeezing/squirting etc. But for a vinyl fence it's not a spray and wash kind of thing. Where the solution (which smelled like bleach) runs down the fence was clean but after washing it away, I still had to wipe down the entire fence with a rag. I wish I thought to get before and after photos but didn't. Was just real streaky when done. Not terrible product, probably best for decks and patios.

This product is incredible, I sprayed it on my deck/patio, waited the recommended 10 minutes, and hosed it off. Then I stood and watched so much disgusting dirt, grime, and who knows what else just melt off the surface. My deck is now ready for Spring and grilling season thanks to Mold Armor. I'll definitely be purchasing the other varieties they have, especially the House Wash. I home is going to be sparkly clean soon! This is a must-use product every year!

Not worth the money. It did work some, but not for what it cost. Buying a gallon of bleach and diluting it with water does a better job, save your money.
