I have been playing with emulators for decades, building and selling my own RetroPi boxes, MAME cabinets, MiSTers. How far things have come that a cute little box like this, with a crapton of games already installed (because the Chinese give no fecks) and a beautiful front-end just out of the box, and with enough power to emulate some of the disc-based systems. It's really cool. The fact this doubles as an Android box as well is a bonus I may never use, but it's neat to have.Quite a few of these Chinese boxes have awful ROMsets littered with garbage, poor organization, Chinese filenames. This isn't perfect, but it's close enough to be a real good effort. It's got everything you need.The generic wireless PS1 controllers are the only complaint. They are a little... cheap. Stiff. Way better controllers exist for those serious about play, but they're acceptable for just firing up a few old games with your friends, or introducing your kids to what real gamers had on NES. And they're wireless. And you get two of them in the box.

The lag on this game started pretty bad but customer service was able to give me a solution to fix. I was using the first USB port on the machine and they suggested trying a different one. That solved the lag issue and amble to play the system. I am satisfied with this machine and enjoying it. Would be 5 stars if all ports would work properly but would recommend

The game is awesome so many games to play old to new and this company stands behind the product I had a little issue they were quick to get it resolved can’t say enough about both

Controllers sometimes work fully and sometimes they don't and it also depends on the game. The most annoying thing I'm facing right now is that the joystick will not work in my Alladin games or Mario Kart and I'm force to use the pad buttons. For charging 100$+ it should be flawless.

The controller disconnects and reconnects frequently, which wouldn’t be a problem since it says you can use any plug and play controller. 2 separate made for pc usb controllers wouldn’t even register and the ps5 remote only works if plugged in. The sega Dreamcast section is what I was most excited for and it doesn’t work. At all. None of the buttons are correct and you can’t remap them in a way that works. I’ve emailed them but am unable to play the games I wanted so 1 star. Will update if it gets fixed.

When you first turn on the system, it will be just a black screen for what seems to be 30 seconds to a minute before anything shows on the screen, I initially thought something was broken on it, or the wrong SD card was inserted. When the logo finally appears you'll see coding appearing on top of the logo loading the system , which I thought was weird. Always allow 3-5 minutes for the system to completely boot.I haven't played on a gaming system for years, and never on an emulator, so I'm not experienced. However, with enough patience, I was able to figure out multiple settings on the system to make it work. If you play around with it long enough, you'll be able to figure it out. There are multiple reviews on YouTube that will help you. I've had to change some of the emulators to make some of the games work.Overall, it's a very good system with lots of games and hours of entertainment. If you are not good at technology, you may get frustrated with trying to figure it the various settings and the controller.Customer service answered any questions I had.

Works as described has lots of classic games some are duplicates for other consoles. Fairly easy to download other games to it an play once you figure out how "smart phones with a sd card work just fine dont need a comp". Had a issue with sd card stopped working an company replaced everything fast an free of charge would definitely recommend or buy from again

Great little unit. Worked as it should. My 11 year old son wasn’t into it.
