This thing is the chef's kiss!
This top is nice, and very efficient.. I got this 2 hob inductance top to use in an off-grid camper running on solar to supplement my 3 hob gas stove... it works so well, I have only fired up the gas top for additional hobs when cooking 3 or more things at once... a testament to how much this thing surpassed my expectations. It has more finite controls than most people will ever need of a cooktop, myself included. I say that because it has timer, programmable clocks for on/off times, and temperature variance in 5° increments (I use Fahrenheit). It even has ten digit dialpads in addition to standard up/down arrows for selecting your temps and times... kinda overkill, but again... NICE.And all these options work independently for each of the 2 hobs. Can even select wattage between 900w and 1800w each. When using both simultaneously, both hobs fall back to 900W automatically, which still cooks as hot as needed to maintain preset temps.Keep in mind that aluminum pots & pans will NOT work with an induction top like this, which works electromagnetically to use the ferrous steel belly of the pan as the actual "heating element", instead of the old exothermic systems which heat the pan from beneath like a standard electric coil, electric infra-red glasstops, or gas eyelets. To those unfamiliar with the physical differences between induction cooktops and infra-red cooktops, they are both "glass-tops", typically sleek and black in color, but that's where the similarities end.You can turn on an infra-red glass top and it will usually glow.... and it WILL burn your hand to the touch with no pot there. But these induction tops never glow, as they're electromagnetic... and without any compatible cookware present, it can't heat your hand at all unless you have ferroused jewelry on, or ferrous steel pins in your wrist, etc. If a magnet doesn't stick to a piece of metal, then that metal won't heat up with this unit, so that's a good test when shopping for pots, pans, skillets, griddles, etc. Also fun fact: When you turn the power off, the heat of the metal disappears into the food/liquid almost instantly; for example, a whistling tea kettle falls silent SURPRISINGLY quicker than on a gas hob... I was pretty amazed the suddenness... not an important fact, but quite novel to me.I'm also amazed at how fast this little beast boils water on its default 1800W setting. Fastest heating stove I've ever had, and that's including the hot-rod Roper gas top I grew up with as a kid... gas tops these days can't even compare to that thing, and still this induction top has it beat.Color me impressed!

Outstanding cooktop!
What a fantastic cooktop! We needed a temporary replacement for our gas range and chose this model. It's super efficient and temperature settings are completely customizable. It took a little getting used to how quickly it heats but it's been the perfect stand in. It's also easy to clean, even the milk and oatmeal boil overs (it heats so fast I didn't watch closely enough to prevent those messes). Highly recommend!

Very nice and easy to use
I have been into induction cooking for over 15 years and have a regular induction stove at home. I also have a single burner in my camper van. Cooking with induction is very easy to do. It is the most energy-efficient way to cook on a stovetop, and it is more regulable than gas. You have to use induction-ready pots, but all that means is that a magnet can stick to their bottom. Cast iron like Lodge, enameled cast iron like La Crusset, most stainless steel, and anything with a magnetic disc work. You can find such cookware in various stores, from big boxes to high-end.I wanted a double-burner unit and chose this one. Nuwave is a well-known company, and this unit feels excellent. It has various controls, but I'll likely only use a few. If you use one burner, it can go up to 1800 watts. If you use two burners simultaneously, the maximum each burner will use will be 900 watts, which still is quite a bit. This is due to the limitations of a standard home outlet which is only rated at 1800 watts. On my other induction devices, I usually pick a power level. This device uses temperature levels instead, but that does the same thing. You have six easy temperature level options but can use up and down arrows to select temperatures in between. This unit can do other things, like cooking in various stages. However, I don't need that for my simple needs. Additionally, the magnetic rings on this unit are larger than most cheaper burners at 8". You will see a smaller circle when you boil water, but that is because that circle is typically around 1/2 the diameter of the power ring (trivial fact).I'm the main cook for 4-5 adults, and I use up to two burners at a time. I could substitute this burner for my regular stove (sans the oven). Lastly it comes with a very nice quick start guide and a larger than usual recipe book. Very nice, indeed.

Great product
Haven't actually used it yet, but have a single burner that works great. Will try to update when I've had a chance to use this one. Have it set up for outdoor kitchen on a patio.

Buy This !!
Amazing quality and the set temp flexibility and program feature and shut off timer is marvelous. Cook slow or cookfast... both work perfectly.

Great Stove.
Works like a champ. Heats quickly, lots of power/heating settings if you're creative. I use it for camping instead of the Coleman gas stove. Saves space by being flat and no need for propane. Great stove for the price.

Nuwave Induction Cooktop
I love my new cooktop. Induction is definitely better than gas or electric. I cooked simple hot dogs first & the water boiled in one minute. Next was a steak. Pan was searing hot in one minute & well done by 3min. I like the timer feature but I must keep a close look out because it's so fast. Highly recommend this cooktop.

Attractive and user friendly
I was sold on the precise temperature control. My last induction cooktop had the temperature setting too widely spaced at the low end; I had to switch to temp back and forth to fry an egg. Noise level typical of an induction cooktop. Much quieter than a typical exhaust fan. Now my gas stove sits idle except when baking.
