Panasonic MC-V199H HEPA Filter for MC-UL671 and MC-UL675 Upright Vacuum Cleaners

What else can you say? I love canister vacuums. Few are left on todays markets. My Panasonic vacuum with these bags are the dynamic duo of cleaning technology.

I received a damage filter with no bag as shown in the picture and no manufacturer's name on the filter from Tidy Vacuums. The filter only had the number 86889. Tidy Vacuums stated that: "the panasonic filter in the bag has been discontinued." Tidy Vacuums also stated that: "The Panasonic M-V199H is the exact same filter as the Kenmore 86889." This begs the question of why should you should pay a premium price when the Kenmore filter is available for less money on Amazon.

Good, thick bags

This Panasonic HEPA filter fits Sears Kenmore Progressive canister vacuums with "true HEPA" filtration. Indeed, the Kenmore Progressive canister is actually manufactured by Panasonic (or based on a Panasonic model). Fits perfectly, and appears to be exactly the same as the HEPA filter that came with the unit. If you look at the writing on the side of your old HEPA filter you will see the Panasonic part number as well as the Kenmore number. Use this in conjunction with the foam filters made by EnviroCare. Prices for this Kenmore product and the EnviroCare sponge filter are much more reasonable than the prices available directly from Sears.

Works as advertised, good price! What's not to like. These little filters go a long way, but it's good to have spares to change when needed! Thank you.
