My physical therapist recommended I get this. He said the ball is the perfect size for rolling on for some areas. He was right. I have no idea of its quality as far as Lacrosse balls go, but for my purpose it's perfect.

I like them. I don’t play lacrosse. They have an initial chemical smell. I use them for pressure point massage. They work great on your feet and I also use them for my hips. I lost my previous lacrosse ball somewhere and replaced it with these which are a great combination of density, weight and value for the price.

My back was broken in three places three years ago after being thrown from a horse. I recovered and can walk by the grace of God, but I am in constant pain due to muscle spasms. I hate taking Advil all the time and I refuse to take pain pills so I use these massage balls when I’m sitting at my desk, I’ll use them on the floor under my back when I’m hanging out with my kids, and even the the relief doesn’t happen right away, within three minutes of taking them off my back it doesn’t hurt anymore. My sister introduced me to myofascial release almost 20 years ago and she used tennis balls. These massage balls are much harder and provide a lot more relief. Try them - you won’t be disappointed. (And, yes, they do smell weird when you first open the package but the smell goes away quickly.)
