Cap falls off completely – ruined my daughter's school day!
The cap on this water bottle is incredibly loose. It doesn't leak from the seal itself, but it has zero grip on the bottle body and will just pop off completely on its own. It came entirely off in my daughter's backpack at school, drenching her bag, her books, and even her friend's bag and books. It was a completely embarrassing day for her and a massive mess to clean up. This design flaw makes it totally unusable. A complete waste of money.
