Works well. Nice soft material. The straps are solid and they don’t get open at maximum pressure. You have to find the right angle/position of the head to feel the stretch right on the cervical vertebrae, otherwise the pressure on the jaw becomes uncomfortable and painful. For me it works best if I’m laying down. The quality seems very good. The valve works perfectly and deflates fast when open.

the principle is great but the material is itchy, it would be a great idea to have a thin cotton cover to stop the rubbing on your face and neck, it is also too big for me, I'm petite and maybe I should have looked for a child size,

Good traction (2 herniated cervical discs), material is soft and comfortable, very easy to use. The Velcro straps aren’t that great so it can become loose but that’s not enough of a reason not to buy it. Really helps my pain

If you're interested in just trying this type of device out this is worth a punt for the price. Helped my neck pain massively. I was using it 1-2 times a week as and when I needed it. Developed a puncture around the strap and edge of the valve after 3 months. You get what you pay for.

Great for neck pain, I’m a therapist and have one for myself, bought my sister one and I also recommend to my clients, great for taking the strain of holding your head, it gives your neck a stretch which feels so good

Does not fit completely round my normal adult neck and the photos are deceptive.The Velcro straps at the front join together well and the device seems to work.
