I bought this for an anniversary present for my boyfriend and he absolutely loves it! He carries it on him all the time and uses its many functions often. We rate this product 4 of 5 because the mini flashlight that’s connected to the knife by a small magnet detaches very easy. My boyfriend already lost his. Be mindful of that, and overall a good product!

The box is solid with sturdy hinges and a secure hasp. The lid engraving is neat and legible but is unstained so it may be difficult to read for those with poor eyesight. The knife is metal and has a good feel when holding it. Those with small hands may feel like it's too big though. The pocket clip may look thin, but it securely holds the knife in place on a shirt or pants pocket. The flashlight is bright enough to look for something you dropped in the dark, but I wouldn't use it as a primary light source while walking around the woods at night. The seat belt cutter is sharp and the glass breaker feels solid. I haven't needed to use either one and hope I never do. The blade spring is stiff and if your thumb is long and strong enough to open the blade with the thumb assist, the blade snaps open with a satisfying *snick*. The blade moves smoothly with no side wiggle. The blade is strong with a consistent spine thickness and even taper toward the point. The serrated edge is the bottom third of the blade leaving plenty of slicing room. The blade lock lever is firm and securely keeps the blade in place. The engraving on the handle isn't very deep but it is colored differently than the handle so it's easy to read.
