Great product at a reasonable price. Does what it says really. Purchased as my husband suffers from wax build up. Used Olive Oil in ears for a few days before using cleaning machine. Great result, painless, easy to use and would recommend.

Very easy and clean to use as long as your head is tilted towards the ear at least a bit. I had had a pain in the left ear for a month on and off, so used this to clean it, not much came out, but after the third use spread out over a week the pain is completely gone :). I used it in my right ear - once was ok, but 2nd time it resulted in a sensitive skull just above the ear and a headache. My advice is not to use the strong setting unless you have plenty of wax to protect the delicate inner workings and don't use it at all unless you have a problem. Hopefully I won't have to use it again for years, but the relief was easily worth the cost and although that could have been achieved with an under the ear cup model it would not have been anywhere near as cool.

I've just purchased this product (January 2026). It is an excellent product, and removes a large amount of wax from both ears very well. No leaks or mess. I've tried several other products, and this one was the only one that removed my ear wax. I have found that for best operation, after use it should be operated with clean water to ensure all parts are clear. I really recommend it.

Well designed, seems to work (though you might need the help of PROPERLY mixed baking soda). Doesn't leak around the ears much, and is easy to use. Main problem is that there is no obvious source of rrplacememt tips, would could make this dangerously unhygeinic to reuse. Also, the tank doesn't hold more than about a minute's worth of water, and you might need ten minutes or more, but it's relatively easy to refill and continue. Overall, this is good value, solving a real problem.

This device didn't dislodge anything. My ears are always well oiled and ready for a trip down spec savers as they block easily, but this just doesn't get far enough into the ear or it's not powerful enough.

Having done my checks regarding this ear cleaner, call it what you like. It sounded quite clever and simple to use. I used it as per instructions and found it to be a waste of my hard earned cash. No it didn’t work as I thought it would. A bit of wax appeared in the ear piece, nothing went into the waste container. (apart from water) The idea sounded good, shame it didn’t deliver.

I never thought I’d be writing a 5-star review for a tool that helps me excavate my own ear canals, but here we are. The KAUGIC Ear Wax Removal Kit is like the Swiss Army Knife of ear hygiene. Cleaning my ears has now become a full-blown activity. My hearing feels clearer, my ears fell overall better, and I’m 87% sure I could now start up a candle factory. It feels a little strange to use to begin with but you get used to it. Pro tip: use as warm water as you can get away with but not too hot as you may malfunction the machine. Highly recommend for anyone with ears and a sense of curiosity—and maybe a little too much free time.

Ear cleaning aside - this is a fun combo. Very affordable, easy to use, and quite effective. I was surprised how much I love the app and the camera ear cleaner. You could really easily use this as a weird camera in some found horror movie. You can see pretty well what's growing or collecting. (I wish they had an ear/nose hair trimmer camera version) When I was a kid all we did was hydrogen peroxide our ears and then swab them out after the bubbles stopped. Not sure if that's still a thing, or terrible, but that method combined with these tools - I've got some pretty clean ears. The overheat on the irrigation ear cleaner is a little overkill and too sensitive. I could use a bit more warmth, but I understand and respect why they have it. Cold water in the ears is a somewhat refreshing experience. :) The water spray pressure is mixed and always overstimulating - especially since its always coldish water. But kinda funny too since you have to remember the buttons so you can turn it off or else you'll just start spraying everywhere, say if you got a phone call and wanted to answer it before the tank emptied. I've not heard these colors people are talking about. Haven't tried other liquids though...

This electric ear wax removal kit comes with the machine, a bag of Q tips, 3 extra ear attachments, and a charging plug. This machine is charged by USB C. It has a silicone plug covering it. Just above the charger port on the face is a trigger button that lights up and above that is your power and control button. Long press to turn on and off. Short press to change modes. The tank is made of hard plastic and the area where you put your ear is made from a stiff rubber or silicone. In use this electric ear wax cleaner is one of the nicest ear cleaners I've seen yet. This has a temperature sensor that will not allow it to work. If the water is too hot it is indicated by the color of the light in the trigger button. If the light is red the water is too hot and will need to cool down before it works if the light is green you're good to go and if the light is blue it's either too cold or out of water. I really like this because I have sensitive ears and I get a lot of earaches when I clean my ears. This was very gentle and seemed to do a good job softening and removing the wax. This is easy to use as you just put it to your ear and push the button. This is mess free as it collects all the dirty water back into the container in a separated area. This can be used on the go, at a desk, in a car, anywhere you need to use it and it's very travel friendly. I really appreciated the different settings for strength for the spray and also the fit on my ear was good containing all the water. I also did not think I was going to like this but I love it. The value on this is a little bit expensive but for somebody like me who has sensitive ears there is no price for pain. Even though this machine is a bit costly it works extremely well and does not hurt my ears to clean them and that is a big deal to me and close to priceless. With that said I feel like although expensive the performance and effectiveness almost justifies the price and if you were a person who suffered from ear problems, this could offer a lot of relief. I feel like it has a normal to expensive value at the time of this review and in my opinion. Overall this electric ear wax removal machine is really nice to have and it's easy to use. I'm surprised how much I like it and would have no problem recommending it to somebody else especially if you have sensitive ears.

Ik heb heel veel last van oorsmeer, zelfs tot het punt dat het zoveel druk uitoefent dat ik er duizelig van wordt. Ik kan vertellen dat wanneer ik die duizeligheid voel en dit apparaat gebruik er zoveel zooi uit kom dat ik bijna van schrik. Ik gebruik het in combinatie met 1 lepeltje backingsoda op de 400ml met warm water. 2 of 3 keer spoelen. Het blijft die dag vaak nog een beetje dof.. maar de ochtend erna heb ik totaal mijn gehoor terug! Echt dit werkt!
