I bought these for a fairly low-key party at a local village hall and was amazed how well they did! The are pretty bright and have a great spread of light. Sure they're not exactly pro-quality but for the price they punch well above their weight. They have regular tripod mount screw fittings which allows you to get creative with placement but they also come with suction mounts that can be angled. I found those to be a little weak and only really any good for a window or polished table surface. The cables are very long with is great for positioning as well and even though you get two remotes, they clearly work on the same frequency so you can just use one to change both lights (or all if you buy more of them) which also helps keep them in sync. For the low cost, these are excellent.

We bought a single unit for my son, he really wanted one for his room, shortly after opening and using (an hour) he found the joint between the 3.5mm Jack connector to the cable to be poor resulting in the unit turning off whilst he was using. We returned the unit and bought the twin pack. He was super excited when the driver delivered earlier and then was in tears as one was working perfectly and the other again with a faulty lead straight out of the box.. At this point I’ve given up and just ordered another lead off another seller. It’s clear at that price point something has to give. I could try third time lucky but I suspect the same thing could happen again.

Bought for my daughters wedding as they didn't want a disco. They loved the design and colours. As it's Bluetooth it can connect with the phones and speakers. Very compact but really cool.

Just like one review implies, very basic, I say honestly ,you get what you pay for , but yes box is misleading ,if course it's marketing, the most annoying feature on this plastic unit is the strobe effect , but it can be turned off with the remote , I agree the fact they are a party light but only for a small sitting room ,ideal for kids party's , but think if you spend an extra 10 would you get something better , at the cost just about worthed ,that's my view
