Product not good stop working after a month how do I get my money back

I purchased the Andis Slimline Pro Cord/Cordless Trimmer on December 16, 2025, expecting it to last 3 years, since I had received a gift from a cousin of a different Andis trimmer model. Unfortunately, on July 4, 2026, I discovered it had completely stopped working after less than 7 months of normal use. The trimmer has never been dropped, abused, or exposed to water, so I expected much better durability. Even before it failed, I wasn't impressed with its performance. This trimmer is everything I hoped it would be. I've used low priced trimmers for years and was never totally happy with them, but figured they were probably almost as good as the more expensive trimmers. I was way wrong. From the moment you take this out of the box it just feels right. Great ergonomics, nice weight and it has a quality feel none of my other trimmers has had. The best part, it cuts beautifully and is very quiet. The four guides it comes with work great and let me do whatever cutting I need to do with ease. I'm very impressed with the quality and functionality of this trimmer. Feels good, works well, it's quiet and hopefully will last a long time.

Good quality, but there are some issues. This is the second one i've owned. I like this model because it can be zero-gapped. However, the handle is kind of smooth and slippery. It's too easy to drop. The real issue however, is the AC/DC adapter that comes with it. The charger. The first charger lasted about 7 years before it quit charging. The second charger only lasted about 1 year! So now, I'm having to buy a generic replacement charger from the "other" big e-commerce site. lol. These rechargeable trimmers have been letting me down, so now I'm getting ready to try Oster's Mini Ace which does not use batteries and it can also be zero-gapped. I have high hopes, just waiting for it to arrive.

Great for lining

I’ve purchased about 3 of these over the years, and the 1st was excellent. The last 2 have not been the same quality, with weaker vibration and a blade that is not as sharp. Because of that, the shave is not as close and does not feel as smooth afterward

Another excellent product from Andis. Retired barber here, this trimmer is good for getting a good line on beard, mustache, and neck. As close as you're going to get without a straight razor. I use it for home use, not sure it could handle 40-50 heads a day like their StyleLiner II. But it is only 1/3 the price. You do get what you pay for.

Excelente calidad

I use these trimmers to give myself fades. Pictured is a bald to #1 self fade. I zero gapped them to allow a smoother transition from trimmer to shaver. It required me to unscrew 2 parts and then just gently nudge the blade around until I was happy. No non-basic screwdrivers required. At first I went too close and the clippers nipped me so I backed off. I estimate there's about 0.1-0.2mm gap now. I still have to be reasonably careful with the neck area under my chin but nothing else gets even close to bitten at this gap level. The trimmers are great for fades and I also trim my beard with them using the 3mm guard included. Totally satisfied, would buy again unless I can afford Babyliss Skeletons one day, lol.
