If you mean the drug spice, no. I used to as a Tabacco substitute and it didn’t effect me in any crazy way. Didn’t taste nice either.

I've smoked it and found it can be a bit harsher than tobacco

No smoke is healthy. As smoke does not belong in the human body. Best to make it into tea.

I use a generous table spoon full and let it infuse foe 5 minutes.
