Superb customer service for a fine product
First and foremost, kudos to the CS team! 6 stars. I bought the robot in March and absolutely loved it. It worked very well for over a month but then it seemed to develop homing issues. Contacted CS and after some troubleshooting, they issued a RMA to return the unit for investigation. They even sent me a new replacement while doing that! Wow! And all responses were polite and timely. Pros: . It has a LiDAR and produces very accurate maps of the house, with rooms marked in different colors. . Set up with the Tuya app was very easy. . Love the after vacuum map that shows the systematic movements of the robot, clearly marking the areas vacuumed. . Ability via the app to send the robot to a specific area and then work in that area. . App has ability to designate no-go zones. . Self-emptying function is great although it sounds like a jet engine taking off when it is emptying! Understandable since it needs a lot of power to suck out the dirt from the robot. . Mopping with water works but do not have too high expectations since it is a Mop going over large area. It works but you’ll probably be better off doing a real mopping job. . Robot works well despite different surfaces, even throw rugs. The power of the robot also adjusts accordingly. Cons: . Would have loved a feature of saving multiple maps. Currently, if lifted up to a different area, a new map is created. Old map is gone. . LIDAR makes the robot taller which may get it stuck under beds if the clearance is too low. Not a fault of the robot but do take this into consideration. . The self-emptying function sometimes fail due to the dirt being stuck at the interface between the bag and the upright container. In summary, a great machine that vacuums systematically (vs randomly), great app to work it, and definitely a great helper in daily cleaning. Very highly recommended despite the cons (which is more like a wish list). 👍👍👍

Love this vacuum
This guy is awesome! First off it is much cheaper than the bigger names but it has a lot of features they have as well. Ilife make pretty solid products they may not be as shiny with bells and whistles but if you are looking for performance they do well. I love the blue look, different than typical black and white so plus for me. Secondly this thing has real suction power but you can lower the suction via the app and make it room specific. The moping feature is the best I have seen yet in Ilife. Yes, it's simply a microfiber rag that drags on the backside of the vacuum, but the fact it can mop and vacuum at the same time is a win! The self emptying bin works well for me and the dist and minimal debris gets sucked out as advertised. I have not had it clog yet. The collection bag in the base is large and will hold a lot so you really aren't changing it all that often. The Lidar does map the floorplan well and in the app you can change rooms, name rooms, tell it how many times you want it to vacuum a space (on my hardwoods I do once and carpet twice) and if you ask it to vacuum twice it goes in both directions (vertice and horizontal) to help improve pickup. You can also select specific rooms you want it to vacuum/mop. Cons for me.... Simply the App. Ilife doesn't use "their" brand all for this robot but a third party. However it works seamlessly with the robot. It's not as polished of an app as say Roborock but it does the job and has all the features you could want, especially for $400 (there is often a coupon or discount of some sort.) This guy's does a solid job and looks good doing it. I use this mainly for vacuuming as I have a Shinebot I use for floors running and mopping, but the mopping feature DOES work. It is simply a microfiber pad that drags opposed to the bigger brands having spinning pads or vibrating pads that do a "scrubbing" action. I do suggest if you mop to use distilled water and their brand concentrate cleaner. I don't have any streaks and the floor dries very quickly. I really am happy with "my boy blue." Hope you like yours too!

Real review: works better than expected
First I want to say I'm really late to the robot vacuum game. Everyone I spoke with who had the "brand pioneer of this genre" (rhymes with Goomba) swears by them but also say their newer models aren't as hardy as their older originals. So I have 2 cats (black persian and an American short hair) and just the filthiest husband on the planet. I mean he puts on a new outfit and spills everything immediately. So vacuuming his areas are always "really crunchy". As my picture dictates I have longish carpet? I'm not a rug expert but the entirety of the downstairs where we have this sucker is setup with that rug in every room, continuous. The litterbox is also in the laundry room which is tiled on the same floor. The Crumb Duster is a beast. It actually leaves vacuum lines. I don't have enough non carpet floor to bother with the mop feature so I'm not adding it to this review. Pros: 1. It sucks. It sucks hard. It sucks well. The Crumb Dumpster cant get enough. 2. Mapping feature is amazing. It really got rooms in their entirety. We have gamer / office chairs everywhere and this lil guy went between each stupid rung. I don't even. Other moving chairs when I vaccuum so wow. 3. The software is great, now don't be like me and enable the Japanese/Asian software and realize Oh "Smartlife is the one I need!" 4. sound is about the same as a normal vac. I didn't care about the sound since it would be either me using a loud vac anyway. 5. Doesn't D/C from wifi and charges at a good pace. Cons: The only one I found so far but I don't think it should count. The self dispose thingie it does for clogged after the first run through of the entire mapping and cleaning. The carpets were disgusting so that's more on me. It's shedding season and we have a leather couch that's shedding like crazy (never ever do cheap plether!). But what it picked up , I gagged. To think I was sitting on that carpet sometimes. Bonus: It was fun to watch. I couldn't help but watc on my app to see where in the rooms it was. also my cats could care less about it. Though my Black Persian would watch it go by and look at me like "I have to already share my house with the other cat, who is this?!" But otherwise he could care less. In fact my cat refused to move out of it's path and The Crumb Dumpster politely just went around him without even remotely getting too close. The cat showed it's dominance. So if you were like me and tired of reading 1000 reviews, adding 500 to your "save for later list". Try this bad boy first. You won't be disappointed.

Disappointed
Update: it stopped working and I had to return it. Do not waste your money. Never used a robotic vacuum before and I never thoughr they could do as good of a job as the other ones. But honestly, I was pleasantly surprised by how good it is. It works great and is poweful enough to pick up the debris lying deep in the carpet. Love that I can schedule the time for it to clean and then when I wake up the whole living room is dirt free. The auto clean feature is great and I love how good it looks. Reasonably priced. Would highly recommend it to others.

Efficient Cleaning, but Battery Life Falls Short
I recently purchased the ILIFE T10s Robot Vacuum for its promising features, including its self-emptying capability, Lidar navigation, and strong suction power of 3000Pa. While it excels in many areas, I was disappointed to find that its battery life fell short of my expectations. The ILIFE T10s Robot Vacuum is designed to efficiently clean pet hair, carpets, and hard floors. Its self-emptying feature is a great convenience, as it can automatically empty its dustbin for up to 60 days, reducing the need for frequent maintenance. The Lidar navigation technology allows the robot vacuum to intelligently map and navigate around obstacles, ensuring comprehensive coverage of the cleaning area. This feature worked flawlessly, as the vacuum efficiently maneuvered around furniture and avoided collisions. The 3000Pa suction power of the ILIFE T10s is impressive, as it effectively picks up dirt, debris, and pet hair. The vacuum also has a mop combo, providing an additional cleaning option for hard floors. However, the main drawback of the ILIFE T10s Robot Vacuum is its battery life. While the product description claims a longer runtime, I found that the battery lasted only about 20 minutes on a single charge. This limited runtime can be frustrating, especially when cleaning larger areas or multiple rooms. It requires frequent recharging, disrupting the cleaning process and extending the overall cleaning time. With that said, if you have a smaller space or are willing to clean in multiple sessions, the ILIFE T10s Robot Vacuum can still deliver efficient cleaning performance. In conclusion, the ILIFE T10s Robot Vacuum offers efficient cleaning with its self-emptying feature, Lidar navigation, and strong suction power. However, its battery life of only 20 minutes falls short of expectations, requiring frequent recharging for longer cleaning sessions. If you have a smaller area to clean or can manage multiple cleaning sessions, this robot vacuum can still be a valuable addition to your cleaning routine.

Works Great! Great value too!
I got my iLife T10s vacuum and mop combo with self emptying base about a year ago. My first robot vacuum was the iLife 3VS. It worked well, but only had 1000pa suction power, no self-empty base, and not a lot of features. The iLife T10s was a huge upgrade! I got it on sale for $299 so the value for the T10s was great! Yes, setting it up and getting use to all the options and functions in the App took a bit of time and playing around with to understand, but once you do, it’s awesome! I can’t imagine life without my little house cleaner! It’s so nice being able to sit and read my book while my robot friend vacuums and mops my floors! The iLife T10s does work on carpet, as well as hard floors. It doesn’t have trouble getting stuck in places like my old one did. Cords still need to be picked up or you can create no-go zones in the app, but other than that, it’s great! With 3000pa suction power, I’ve used it upstairs in my house, which is entirely carpet and it did a great job cleaning there too! Notes: 1) Before first use, do vacuum your floors if they are really bad. You have to realize the compartment in the vacuum itself isn’t huge and can’t hold that much debris. After that, if you use the robot vacuum every 1-3 days, it shouldn’t have trouble getting too full before it self empties into the base after each cleaning. 2) Yes, you will have to clean the brush every once in a while, if you have excessive hair shedding or pet hair shedding, as hair does get wrapped around the brush occasionally. Most robot vacuums and even normal vacuums have this issue too. 3) Don’t set it on a timer to run everyday if you have a pet that may have an accident! Otherwise, you may have the dreaded poop issues spread all around your home! This vacuum does avoid running into things, but don’t expect it to recognize dog poop and avoid it. Lastly, this vacuum is a great buy and it actually ended up working even better than the $500 self-emptying and self-filling PrettyCare mop and vac combo that I had purchased on sale. Sometimes, a higher price tag does NOT equate to better quality. I absolutely do recommend this iLife T10s!

Works well for what it is
Edit again: June 2025 After having the vacuum for about 1.5 years I've dropped the rating to 3 stars. The biggest reason is that the vacuum keeps dying in random places for silly reasons and then I have to go search for it. Yes there's a map, but once the device goes offline the off line notification covers the entire frigging map and you can dismiss the notification. I'm spending way to much time crawling around on the floor searching for this thing when the map should just tell me where it's at. And it's happening amost everyday now. I'm probably going to upgrade soon. I'm not mad that I bought this. It was a good starter. It works OK for what I paid for it. If I didn't have a dog, a toddler and high expectations this thing would be fine. Edit June 20, 2024: After having the vacuum for about 3 months it broke. The main brush kept getting stuck even though there was nothing in it. It's possible that one of my children dropped something that ended up breaking the brush, but i have no idea. I tried to message support in the app and got nowhere so I went to the web page and found US support. It took a little bit of back and forth to convince support that the vacuum was actually broken and not just in need of a good clean, but once they were convinced I was able to send back the old vacuum and they sent me a new one which I received today. I will update this review if the replacement also breaks. Other than the issue with needing to get a replacement I still stand by everything that I said in my original review. I did notice while I was waiting on my replacement vacuum that I really missed having the robot vacuum. The dog hair on my house was definitely more noticeable despite me vacuuming the floors ever 2-3 days with a normal vacuum (although I did enjoy making jokes about being forced to vacuum "like a peasant" since my robot vacuum was out of service). I am very glad to have the replacement today. I'd also like to add that my toddler has made friends with the robot vacuum and often cheers for it and tells it that it's doing a great job. Original review: I don't think this vacuum is meant to completely replace a regular vacuum and mop but it helps to cut down on the frequency a lot. I ran the robot vacuum over a dirty floor and then ran my regular vacuum. My regular vacuum still picked up pet hair and dirt but not nearly as much as it usually does. I have also run the robot vacuum after my regular vacuum and still gotten dirt and pet hair as well so that doesn't say much. I think this vacuum works best by using it every day to stay on top of accumulating dirt and hair, but I wouldn't use it to clean a really dirty floor. A few things that are important to note... 1. It uses a lot of its battery power to map a new floor, but once the map is created it can do 3 rooms and a hallway without needing a charge. Don't judge this devices battery life until after a map has been made. 2. If you want it to mop well, you have to go into the settings and change it to the Y shaped cleaning mode. See pictures. It does not mop well at all in regular mode. 3. If the dust bin is full it will return to the base and charge before heading out to clean again. It doesn't tell you the dust bin is full so you may think that it needs to charge and have a negative opinion of its battery life. It'd be nice if it'd tell you that the dust bin is full. Sometimes I manually empty the dust bin before it's done so it doesn't go back to the base. 4. Once a map is created you need to go into the settings and manually save the map before creating a new map or the first map just disappears. If you switch floors often you have to go into the room management settings and tell it what floor it's on or it will create a new map. 5. If there's pets or people who get long hair on the floor, the hair will wrap around the brush but it's easy to get the brush out and clean it. I do this once every couple of days. 6. The charging station is very loud when it's emptying the dust bin. I would not set the vacuum to run at night. 7. The dust collector/charging station has a bag. You can manually empty the bag and use it again, but if you have a pet hair issue you will have to pull it out with your fingers and it's kind of gross. 8. My toddler is terrified of the robot vacuum and runs away crying whenever it comes on. It is currently impossible to convince him that the vacuum isn't after him. My dog and cat are cool with it though. All in all, I'm happy with this little robot. I have it set to run all by itself at a certain time and I love coming home to a clean floor. I mostly use it for vacuuming and I only use it to mop about once a week. I also run my regular vacuum and mop once a week. My carpets always had pet fur on them, but now that I'm running this thing every day it's sooooo much better.

The best of the iLife Robot vacuums that I have used
I have long been an iLife Robot vacuum customer, having had three previous ones. While it is nice that the vacuum self empties the dust bin after every vacuum episode, I think the thing I like the most about this particular vacuum is the way it can vacuum four different areas once I hit the "smart" icon on the app. Unfortunately, the instructions in the user manual are not as clear or helpful as I would have liked regarding how to set up the vacuuming areas and the app didn't provide any additional helpful information. I also couldn't find any "how to" videos specific to the T10s. I eventually figured out how to map each room, and I am happy to say that when I take my dogs on their daily walk, I can start the vacuum and when I get back, four rooms will be vacuumed. With previous iLife robot vacuums, I could only vacuum the kitchen daily. Now, three more rooms get a daily vacuum!! The whole mapping process was amazing as I watched on the app as the vacuum "built" the room when it was first introduced to each room. The resulting diagram is an excellent representation of the room and the items in the room such as chairs, kitchen island, etc. While I am out walking the dogs I can watch the vacuum's progress on the app and know that it has completed each of the areas. I have not tried out the mopping feature yet, nor have I adjusted the amount of suction while vacuuming. This vacuum is also much quieter than previous vacuums. I am very happy with this new robot vacuum.
