Can people in outside the room hear me ?

I see a user by the name of dr jinx say “only torture screams… not your x rated speaker”. I just wanna inform you that these are not sound proof panels, nothing to do with sound proof. It’s sound acoustic and noise reduction. It reduces the background noises that can be heard through digital equipment or through the next room such as fans, air, etc. but you can still hear word for word through the wall just as if you could before.

What works best for sticking these foam pieces onto a painted celing?

I’ve tried foam squares and double sided tape! Both are super bad and quite personally I’m convinced the only ways these stick are by super gluing them to the wall. They don’t work wel with any type of tape of any sort.

is it flamable? I pretend to put them in an motogenerator room to atenuate engine noice
