Excellent product at a very reasonable price. I have been taking 2 capsules about 30-45 minutes before bedtime for several months now and it has greatly helped my sleep quality. It is very gentle on my stomach and I have not experienced any cramping or bloating. I definitely recommend this product.

This is the only supplement I’ve used which had immediate impact. I used to be regularly propelled out of deep sleep with horrible calf-leg cramps. This magnesium stopped that. And I sleep better overall. I only take one pill each night before bed. Now my husband is taking it and it has the same impact. Highly recommend!

This was recommended to me years ago by a holistic practitioner. I have used it ever since. I definitely noticed a big difference in my mood and anxiety levels. So many people are deficient in magnesium without knowing it - no wonder there are so many anxious people. A cardiologist I'd seen a couple of years ago told me magnesium is good for the heart, so that's another benefit.
