I really love this electric kettle! It heats water quickly and the built-in thermometer is a great feature for making my coffee, tea, and other hot drinks at the perfect temperature. It’s easy to use, works great, and looks nice sitting on my kitchen counter. My only wish is that the measurement window was glass instead of plastic and on the side and not under the handle , because it would be easier to read and feel a little more high-end. Overall, I’m very happy with this kettle and use it all the time!

Love the capacity, fill window, speed, and aesthetic of this kettle but be careful! It gets very hot to the touch and you CAN burn yourself if not careful when handling. Edit: I have had this kettle for at least 6 months now and am still very happy with it. I keep it on the kitchen counter ready to go at all times and when we go camping it is a must have! We plug it into our power box and it makes plenty of hot water for dinner, hot drinks, and more when camping with a group of people. I still recommend 10/10

I'd give this a 2.5. While the product does deliver on the functionality of heating water to a temperature indicated by the thermometer on the side there are some notable issues. The lid is plastic painted to look like stainless steel/chrome. After 2 weeks the paint started to bubble and crack leaving flakes able to drop into the water as you removed the lid. The quality of the metal casing was such that during initial heat up, it would expand and "crackle" until the temperature of the metal was uniform throughout, make for a noisy morning warm up of your water. Lastly it does not turn off if you lift the unit off the base. It only shuts down upon temp. realization.
