Remanence lived up to its name, the finish, glazing, overall quality is so great. Believe me it took 10 minutes to Unboxing the item means how securely it was packed. Overall you will be very happy. Poor workmanship/Quality control
Received the very well packed Sink but when I put it on the countertop, it Rocked back 'n forth like a drunken sailor! It is also Higher on one side than the other, and misshaped. Dang. So I immediately tried to get a Refund, but NO, only an Exchange. So Be Warned. I will report back when the Replacement arrives... my feeling is that it'll be the same and I'll then need to deal with Amazon, which has Really gone down hill lately, as it seems that they are now very reluctant to Refund. My advise: buy something with a LOT of very good Reviews. I shoulda bought the Kohler that I was looking at...
