Fab mugs, would highly recommend.
The mugs themselves are fab, larger than your standard mug, sturdy , colourful and I bought them to match previously purchased matching dinner plates, cereal bowls and salad bowls. Ideal to hold a large hot beverage but I was really disappointed when they arrived with one cup handle smashed, so I have 5 out of a set of 6 mugs, packaging needs work, bubble wrap would be a help.

Dangerous - cracked when added boiling water!
UPDATE: I am updating my star review as customer service have been great at sorting this out for me.Beautiful mugs but less than a month old and one cracked top to bottom when making a cup of tea - boiling water everywhere and now an incomplete set. Really disappointed as they are very attractive.
User
They look great, but don't buy them!
Loved them on arrival - but EVERY SINGLE ONE of the six I ordered cracked within only three months of purchase under normal household use.
User
Perfect size but 2 already cracked when pouring hot water into them.
The colours are nice and the size of the cups are fantastic which is why I purchased them. However in the last week, having had these for just over a month, 2 of the cups have cracked while pouring hot water in to make a cup of tea. They have not been in the microwave or through a dishwasher.Update - Have to say that Dowan customer service is fantastic. Despite being out of the return time they got in contact through Amazon and I have been refunded.

Love the Different Textures - please offer more colors!
I would give these 4.5 stars because they are absolutely beautiful but the quality control could be improved. I had to order a replacement set because the first set arrived with a chipped mug. Some of the other mugs had smaller defects such as a brown speck or tiny spots that didn’t seem to get glazed properly. I really love the different textures and the large size though. I noticed that Dowan’s 17 oz Turquoise textured mugs are a bit sturdier than these and less resistant to chipping, but these do have a more intricate textured design. I still really love these though and I have bought more sets to gift to friends. I would love more color variations. They would be beautiful in a multicolor pack with colors like light blue, mint, sky blue, turquoise, dark teal, and periwinkle.
