As someone who takes bench press seriously, the DMoose Fitness Elbow Wraps have been a game changer for me. The support they provide is on another level. Before using these, I would sometimes feel strain and instability when pushing heavier weight, but now I feel much more locked in and confident under the bar. The wraps are easy to put on and adjust, and they stay tight throughout my entire workout without slipping. The compression is strong without cutting off circulation, which is exactly what I was looking for. Since adding these to my routine, I’ve been able to push more weight on bench and feel better doing it. If you’re trying to take your bench to the next level and protect your elbows at the same time, I highly recommend these wraps. Solid quality and definitely worth it.

These elbow wraps are the best. I finally replaced an old pair of wraps I had been using at home for 20 years that had lost their elasticity and were becoming frayed. These wraps are extremely well built. You can wrap as loose or tight as you want with no trouble. The support they give is outstanding, and they gave me enough confidence in my old age to get back to heavy dumbbell fly's and also heavier scullcrushers for the triceps. I really like the way the Velcro ends taper down to a smaller width at the end to make it easier to cinch up. I would prefer it the elastic part was just a little longer so the last wrap would align a little better with the other side of the Velcro (but very minor complaint). Super high quality all the way around, and I expect these to outlast me! I should have replaced my old wraps years ago.

Not my favorite wrap to protect my elbows while lifting. For the price I thought it would work better. It seems durable. My complaints are that sometimes the Velcro comes undone while I am lifting. Also you need it to feel equal on both arms otherwise it can feel awkward when lifting. I will continue to use them but I think I would have preferred an elbow sleeve rather than wraps. They are easy to put on with just one hand and they do help with my lifts so they are not a complete waste of money. My elbows are much happier!

Updated 5/20/26 - Great quality wraps, however, if you have larger arms, these may not be a bit short to get a good wrap.. it takes a bit of practice to get them cinched down tight enough to start wrapping to begin with. After you get the hang of it, they are pretty easy to get set up. They do provide great support for your elbows during heavy lifts and you can adjust the tightness to your liking. I recommend these wraps to anyone looking for a high-quality affordable elbow wrap.

Great elbow wraps! They give good support without feeling overly bulky and are easy to adjust to the amount of compression you want. They feel sturdy and well made. Great for workouts when you want a little extra elbow support.

Tried every conceivable way to wrap my elbow and compression is very inconsistent throughout range of motion when exercising. Barely goes around my arm three times. Feels like a tourniquet to accomplish that. Too small. Would not recommend for guys who actually lift “heavy” (40+ on barbell curls, 300+ on bench).
