I’m still enjoying my new phone, good buy!

I would strongly recommend avoiding this seller. The phones they sell are clearly defective and the overall quality is very poor. After just over a year of normal use, the battery health on my phone declined dramatically, which is completely unacceptable for a device at this price point. To make matters worse, when I returned the item through Amazon for support, they were unwilling to accept the return or even provide any other proper resolution at minimum. The customer service was extremely disappointing and felt like they simply did not care once the sale had been made. Based on my experience, I would not trust this seller again and would advise others to purchase elsewhere to avoid the same issues.

Received today earlier than expected. Sent via Royal Mail 24hr. Phone was advertised as excellent so I Checked the phone.over and couldn’t find a single fault with it. I was expecting the battery health in the 80s because of the age of the phone but to my surprise the battery health is 95%. Absolutely perfect. Excellent value for money. Will definitely use again.

Iphone 14 Pro Max - Black. Not bad but overgraded - the screen does have some scratches and damage which can be seen - this shouldn't be graded as excellent. There are quite a lot of chips around the edges of the phone as well. Battery is 84% health which I think should also be a cause for downgrading. I appreciate the listing guarantees over 80%, but feel that for the price difference, the battery should come with at least 90% for 'Excellent' condition. The phone was also shipped in a good box, with a charging lead, but before opening the package I could feel and hear the phone rattling around, which didn't inspire too much confidence. There was a sticker on the back of the phone to register for a 1 year warranty which is decent for a used product. Delivery was also 3 days late which was disappointing, but obviously not the sellers fault. All in all a decent experience of buying Renewed, but maybe a tad overpriced for what was actually received.

So I paid around £869 for this you could get it for £830 for the 128gb as of the end of September because the sellers were shaking the prices. The phone has 1000% health and 50 cycles on it. There are few scratches on the buttons but none on the screen or the sides. There is visible dust in the speaker vents on the top of the screen but it doesn’t bother me that much. The touch responsiveness feels slightly off for now but luckily Amazon has a a long replacement or refund policy so I feel safe. Overall it’s a great phone for the price and feels quite similar to the 15Pro max for a huge discount. The phone was in immaculate condition and the slight scratches that I mentioned are verrrryyyy slight so it’s not noticeable at all if you manage to get this for £800 ish it’s a steal Edit: I have been using this for 3 weeks and it feels great I have added a spigen screen guard and case to keep this in mint condition but the touch randomly feels non responsive( I have moved from an android device so maybe I’m not used to iOS) will post an update in 6 months

Initially, the phone worked without issue, but shortly afterwards, it began repeatedly displaying “No SIM” and “SIM Failure” errors. I took the device to an independent third-party repair shop for assessment. They informed me that the iPhone contained a US-spec logic board configured exclusively for E-SIM use, despite the phone casing being designed for a physical SIM tray. According to the technician, the device could not properly read a physical SIM because the logic board was hard-coded for E-SIM functionality only. The repair shop further explained that devices like this are commonly referred to as “Frankenstein” iPhones, phones assembled from mismatched or incompatible parts during poor-quality refurbishment. They advised that this appeared to be the case here, and they couldn't do anything for me but advised I ask for a refund. I contacted the seller and returned the phone along with the repair report detailing the issue. Despite being provided with the report, photographic evidence, and screenshots showing the repeated SIM errors, the seller claimed there was “no fault” with the device and instead attempted to charge me a £30 administration fee. Cheeky! Why would I return an unfaulty phone to pay them an extra £30? I also asked the seller directly to clarify which logic board was installed in the phone, but they declined to answer, which increased my concerns about the refurbishment's legitimacy. For anyone considering buying from this seller: I am not claiming that every phone they sell is faulty. However, based on my experience, some devices clearly are, and the company appears unwilling to acknowledge legitimate faults or provide refunds even when presented with independent technical evidence, with multiple photos proving the point. Silver lining in all this, I learnt a lot about iPhone logic boards.

La verdad todo súper con el móvil la batería venia con el 89% y todo bien lo usé 2 semanas y se puso en negro la pantalla cava de recalcar la pantalla luego se puso bien pero me dio miedo y tuve que devolverlo, el vendedor muy amable me solucionó y estoy esperando el rembolso para volver a comprarlo porque me parece de buena calidad solo que tuvo un fallo la pantalla por lo demás le doy un 100 por eso las 5 estrellas

Arrivato 2 giorni in anticipo. Il prodotto non presenta nessun graffio o botta. Arrivato con una custodia protettiva per ulteriore protezione durante la spedizione, molto apprezzata. Batteria al 95% quindi molto bene per un ricondizionato. Se dovete comprare un ricondizionato compratelo da loro. Super soddisfatto Grazie

Una stella ed è gia troppo..dopo 2 mesi dall'acquisto il telefono ha smesso di funzionare e il venditore mi nega il reso con relativo rimborso..altamente sconsigliato...
