Lift the Flap Bible

Beautiful book! Bought it for my friend's son's baptism and liked it so much I got a copy for my son for Christmas. He loves lifting the flaps, and the pictures are so sweet. A wonderful way to get little ones to engage with the Bible.

Nice quality flip book. Bright colours. Wonderful depiction of bible stories. Lift the flap element add fun. So delighted I have bought five of these for young family members and friends children.

I bought this for my daughter who loves this book and all of the flaps inside it. It is very good quality and enjoyable to read. My daughter enjoyed it so much that her actual first word ended up being "bible". As we liked this book so much we bought it for a gift for our friends little boy for his christening. It is lovely to look at, lots of flaps to keep younger ones interested and educational too. Would recommend.

Absolutely fantastic - why doesn't everyone design lift-the-flap books like this! The flaps are cut out of the page rather than stuck on, there are multiple flaps on each page creating fun and extra parts to read. The stories are short and simple but keep the essential meaning of the Biblical text; a perfect introduction for toddlers and one that will cope with being read unaccompanied.

Good illustrations and there are plenty of flaps. The stories are softened and very condensed. But I don't think lots of details are necessary for small children as they can ask questions and get further answers and explanation from their parents if they wish. It's definitely a good into book to the bible and Jesus for a little one. However, our 1 year old could easily tare the flaps if left unsupervised so I'd recommend for maybe 2+

A really lovely book for my 3 year old. The pictures are wonderfully illustrated and there are lots of different sized flaps to keep my daughter’s interest. I’m impressed with how much biblical content is included. One story per page with a small paragraph to explain in easy terms to understand.

Lovely book, lovely illustrations. The flaps are strong for even my one year old to pull on. Only criticism is some pages only have one or two very large flaps, which are the pages she is not interested in. Gorgeous illustrations.

The baby loves the colours, and details. For me is nice, but I wish the main characters were a bit more realistic or representative as they most probably had olive/darker shaded skin colour, but seems the depictions are just old fashioned and not factual maybe(except for Noah maybe) just my opinion. Anyways that's all.

Me encantó y a mi hijo tambien, esta perfecto para bebés , buenas graficas, muy amenas, y los flaps esta divertidos, son historias muy cortas y tocando temas muy cortos pero útil para el inicio de lectura.

Awesome! This book is great to read to kids and let them flip all the flaps as you read. I have a kindergarten kid, a preschooler and a baby, and I can read this to all 3 of them together without there being any distractions or tears. There are tons of flaps! The stories are condensed with the Scripture verses given for reference. My kids have noticed that all the characters look extremely similar, which they both then explained to themselves that of course they look similar, since they're all family for the most part.. it bothered me more than it bothered them lol. I've caught all of them sharing the book, my kindergartener reading the story and my middle kid flipping the flaps patiently. It's a really nice book.

Non è facile approcciare la Bibbia con i bimbi molto piccoli, ma questo libro può aiutare. Sono rappresentati metà episodi dall'Antico testamento e metà dal nuovo, con un breve testo che accompagna ogni tavola. Il testo è adatto ai bambini, ma non è romanzato o sdolcinato. Le alette sono disposte in modo interessante, anche se la forma in sé non è molto creativa (rettangoli, soprattutto). Le illustrazioni sono bimbesche, ma tutto sommato ragionevolmente coerenti a ciò che sappiamo dei tempi della Bibbia (costumi, colori, paesaggi). A mio figlio (3 anni) è piaciuto, al di là di avere classificato il Noè in copertina come "Santa Claus" ed essere rimasto perplesso quando gli spiegato che no, non era Babbo Natale… Stampa e rilegatura di qualità e robusta. Amazon e corriere impeccabili come sempre: consiglio il prodotto.

My two year old son find this 'flap bible' very interesting and even acts out some stories which he learned from it..:)

This Bible has so many flaps, it's great for babies. We generally 'read' it before bed - mostly talking about the pictures and peeking under flaps. Happy times for little fingers.
