Don’t know if it’s just a placebo effect but they work wonders,I take 2 before bed and it knocks me out and don’t wake up through the night,So it is a 5 star from me, then I wake up and take the daily vitamins too I feel much better in myself and ready for a day of graft!

been taking for a while now and have no effect that improves your sleep quality,you don’t get your value for money at all,the taste is off and stays in your mouth for ages do not buy as i see no point in wasting your money

They work & the effect is slight but noticable.
I am a fan of the brand from what I have had & these do actually work for me in a slight but noticeable way. After consumption I do feel slightly more tired & ready to go to sleep. I don't wake through the night & feel good in the morning.I'm not totally struck on the taste, while fruity they are bit medicinal but far from horrible.Something in there has an antiseptic taste, even with an anaesthetic effect.An ever so slightly numbing of the taste sensations on the tongue. Don't let that put you off, they are good & I will re-buy.

To be taken during the day
I like the taste of the gummies, it does its job eventually but you have to take them way long before bed. I tried half hour before but couldn't sleep for 2 hours so not sure how early you can take them. Easy to administer and good value for money.
