Yes but the burgers would be very large.

They are sharp. However, I have not tried to use them as a cookie-cutter.

Q: It says these are oven safe, up to what temperature are they oven safe?

They are oven safe. I have used them up to 450 degrees but they are way to big for hamburger buns. They would work for mini cakes or large round pastries.

Q: Can you use these on an outdoor griddle?

I'm not sure, they are made very well, they can be used in the oven and on the stove but I'm not about the grill.
