THE PRODUCT CAME OPEN, HALF EMPTY BECAUSE IT HAD SPILLED OUT INTO THE ENTIRE PACKAGE, LEAKING THROUGH

I have used the shampoo about 3 times now and each time it left my roots sticky and heavy. The third time I made sure to rinse it thoroughly but had the same greasy build up effect. My hair is not thick but I have lots of it, and the product is really thick. I wouldn’t recommend for thick hair. Will stick to John frida

This item arrived badly damaged. I agreed to return it but when my son looked at it he thought it was dangerous to return it in the state it arrived in. I have contacted customer services and they told me not to send it back.
