Gas cap vented?
The provided gas cap may be unventilated .Used the old gas cap,which was fine.Seems to be an exact fit.Similar quality as original.

poor construction
Does not last - -within 1 year the seam between the upper and lower halves opened up - - leaking fuel everywhere - -- not sure if its heat sealed or glued but lasted less than a year.
