My husband and I use the nose cushion CPAP mask and these headbands work great with the mask. The bands are lightweight and comfortable.

I had become frustrated with the OEM version of the headgear strap because 1) its elasticity degraded quickly, 2) it's expensive and insurance will only replace one every six months, and 3) when it's adjusted to increase tightness, the split section becomes so small that it becomes a narrow strap that slides off of the crown of your head.This brand of headgear 1) retains its elasticity longer, 2) is inexpensive, and 3) has plenty of split length to allow the straps to sit on the back and crown of your head, resisting slide off.

These bands are hard to adjust.

Make sure you want them because they are not returnable. I found the double buckle to be much too hard and much too thick. By the time the strap is tight enough to prevent air leaks, the buckle was digging into my head. Then....if you try to lie on the side with the buckle, you will feel a large hard square digging into the side of your head.On the positive side the material seems comfortable and the elasticity also good

The description states that the straps are upgraded and much longer. If they are upgraded I would hate to see the original, they must have been made out of toilet paper because these are not much better. And if they are "much longer" the originals must have been tight on an orange. I realize that they are made in China and you get what you pay for. My mistake.
