how much do you take?

I found online a suggestion of 1 teaspoon. I did daily with a few sips of orange juice to cover the taste.

Product description says it may cause skin irritation but some reviews show they are applying it directly. Did anyone has any issues?

Although I did have an issue with wrinkly skin as I was using it every day, I only use it 2 to 3 times a week and I apply it softly without heavy handed rubbing. I'm almost pain free and loving moving around fairly easy again.

Is it a pharmaceutical grade?
