It’s a neat concept. I think it’s pricey for its ability to work for a limited time frame. I also think the requirement for a straw adapter is also kinda of a bummer. I feel like this should have either a reusable straw to do scans for the price it packs or provide at least more than 4 adapter that were provided.As far as the readings - I can’t really compare it to anything, but I’ve had mixed readings as well ranging from 1-4 rating mind you I wasn’t working out prior - minimal household chores requiring walking back and forth.

It's easy to use and a lot nicer than the blood meter, however, at least 50% of the time when I test it against a blood ketone meter the numbers are way off. I trust the blood device because it's a medical device. Save yourself the hassle and money and either get a breath meter that works or use the blood test strips.
