Excellent chef's knife. Quite sharp, sturdy, feels good in the hand. Chop vegetables, mince garlic, I have even used it to cut thick steaks from bone-in ribeye roasts, and to carve a turkey! I've had it for over a month, still sharp. At this price, if it gets dull I'll just buy another one!

This knife is ridiculously good for the price. It's comparable to other brands costing over 5 times the price. It has a comfortable full tang handle with good fit and finish, and it came with a very sharp edge which it holds it well. The blade thickness is just right, not too thick or too thin. A+

I am amazed at the quality of this knife for the price. I have another chefs knife I paid over a hundred dollars for and does the job equally as well. Great balance, full riveted tang and supper sharp heavy blade.

Good knife . Thick place that has good sharp edge. Sharpen up well with a few swipes with a knife sharper.

Great knife. Well made, well weighted. Excellent for thin slicing, chopping, dicing, etc. I particularly like that the curvature allows fine chopping by rocking it while the blade stays in contact with the cutting board surface. Safer for fingers while still allowing fine cuts. Same functionality as a high end chef’s knife at a fraction of the cost.
