Just falling in love with the brand !This is second purchase from Uppercase. Simply loved the purchase. I wanted something bigger than a cabin luggage and decided to buy this. I had already bought their shoulder sling and loved it.From the time the package was delivered, I was impressed. The suitcase came in a sturdy card board box package ensuring no damage to the package inside. Even inside the package box, the suitcase in a thick plastic sleeve.Once the suitcase was taken put...first impression was the colour combination...a combination of blackish blue with topography type line designs depicting travel. ...also, the corners and zipper innings were a shade of purplish blue which sets beautifully in contrast to the body of the suitcase. There are also spots of orange which gives it a certain brightness. Overall, i feel the suitcase will be easy to identify on the airport conveyor belts...from a distance !Also, inside was abundant space with a pleasant surprise...1. There were additional independent sleeves available for shoes and folded formal shirts. 2. There is a expandable spacious section for segregating washable laundry from the main part of the suitcase...this is truly thoughtful and hence great design. The lining cloth are also a shade of orange..nice.On the outside for practical utility...1. The handle of the suitcase is a contrast color to the suitcase. The handle feels tough and sturdy to handle, however the texture of the handle surface is soft to the skin..again a thoughtful design. 2. The wheels are the best..double wheel or 8 wheels if you will. Super easey to maneuvere. Also, the rubber on the wheels also feel of good quality.3. The trolley handles and mechanism also feel tough and are of superior quality.Overall I love the purchase. The product is attractive with spot on branding and vwry light weight.There is another silver lining...it is all made from recycled material, so this makes me feel that I did my bit for the environment.

The luggage may look stylish and spacious, but the quality is disappointing. During my first trip, the zipper was partially opened when I received the luggage. Only my luggage cover saved my belongings from spilling out. When I reached out to customer service, they replaced the zip, but it came back with red tape marks and the protective film removed, leaving it looking unattractive. Overall, the poor zip quality and a sloppy repair experience made this a regrettable purchase. I won’t be buying from uppercase again.

I stupidly ordered it because of the design but upon receiving it, I was disappointed with the thin flimsy casing. Tho it had multiple pockets for ease of use and had a good lock, it lacked the strength I feel it would go through. The wheels were good so points to portability but easily scratched and dented, so I had to return it. Go for aristocrat imo

Quality is excellent and comfortable to travel. Best in the budget with good quality and style. Size is bigger than expected with nice idea of packing seperations available for laundry, and shoes . Thanks to uppercase for seperate bags for toiletry and and zippers for case seperations.
