This is a handy little A4 laminated chart of feet, hands and ear reflexology. It may differ with other charts used during the L5 Reflexology Diploma but in comparison seems to have everything in the same/similar place. Some additional foot points on there have come in handy for researching work I am doing with my case study clients. Definitely worth buying a copy.

I was interested in hands and feet, as sometime accupressure points help with bloating or feeling sick etc. Ear was an interesting one, but not sure if I would use the ear. Great for a student, or someone interested who understands a bit about this. As it laminated, if a student puts massage cream or foot powder on the ard, then it can be wiped off with a damp cloth.

I was very pleased with this as a quick reference to Reflexology. I have been a reflexologist for many years and there are occasions when you want to just have a quick look up on certain areas so this is perfect for me and it’s very accurate.
