These earphones are an excellent product that are comfortable to wear with good clarity of sound. They allow me to walk a distance about my office / home whilst still being connected to a call. They have an easy to use and stylish charging dock. Recommend.

The headset I received has been much easier to use than my previous wired headset which limited my ability to move around while speaking to customers. The headset is both comfortable and secure on my head and doesn’t allow outside noise to be an issue. It was very simple to set up and was just a case of plugging in the USB dongle and switching the headset on. It has a decent range on it as well, and allows me to go downstairs without disconnecting from the PC upstairs whilst still talking to customers. For the price I paid, I was very satisfied. After around 1.5 years, I had an issue with the left ear and sound was not coming through. I contacted Earbay through the product support section on Amazon, and the team where happy to send me a new headset given the 2 year warranty promise. This is a great purchase and I highly recommend.

Easy to set up, sound quality and noise cancelling on calls is great and people can hear you clearly too.Really good headset when working from home.

Yet anothe Amazon sourced device which has FAILED within the first twelve months of use. Not yet one year old.It suddenly stopped working with my PC. So I reinstalled it U/STried with two other PCs and one laptop U/SThen tried a cheap microphone on all FOUR computers. It worked every time.The conclusion is that the EASY WIRELESS HEADSET is USELESS U/S

What an outstanding piece of equipment.I have been looking for a set of wireless headphones for a while and spent weeks comparing differing sets. These ones ticked all the boxes for me.They hold a charge for the whole day and are super comfortable to wear for long periods.Sound quality is also amazing.

It is a nice looking set. Quality of sound is fine; however, the mic is a hit and miss when I'm using Teams. Sometimes it starts working after a 10-15 seconds, sometimes it doesn't connect at all and I need to go into settings each time to fix it. It is very frustrating, especially when someone calls unexpectedly. I think after few weeks it is working slightly better, but still not reliable solution. If you're buying it mainly for Teams, I would buy something more reliable.

This is a great wireless headset. It is very lightweight and comfortable. It has controls which are very easy to use when on a call, and the microphone can also be muted very quickly with the little button on the opposite side of the mix.The charging dock sits very neatly and plugs straight into the usb port of the PC. Charging is very quick and this headset lasts forever.I work for a very large UK mobile company and I am on the phone 8 hours a day, and this headset has never dropped charge, customers never complain of background noise like other headsets haveI can't fault this little beauty.

This headset has been a workhorse since December 2023, delivering excellent sound and comfort. When it developed an issue recently, the company's customer service was simply incredible. They responded immediately and will send me a new replacement headset, even though 15 months has passed. This level of service, combined with a great product, makes them a company I highly recommend
