Product looks cheap. Packaging disgusting.Why did my previous review not make it? These reviews are censored?

Becomes rigid when closed

This is not as good a design as my previous pandora bracelet- catch broken on that.This one becomes stiff like a bangle when closed and is hard to fasten.
