My doctor suggested that I cut down on the fish oil to 1000mg a day and enhance the fish oil with CoQ10. Since I have only been taking this for about 3 weeks now, so I cannot tell you if it is making a difference or how effective it is. I will try to update this review after my next doctor's appointment. The soft gels are very easy to swallow; they leave no aftertaste and are small in size. Needless-to-say, they are very easy to use & swallow. Lastly, Nature Made always provides quality products. My only negative comment is the label does not mention where these are manufactured - only that the fish oil comes from Chili, Canada, or Norway. Country of origin please?

I worked for a Neurologist. He always said that people should always take this. The body has no way to make it and if it gets depleted (maybe because you’re taking statins)…. You can have problems. When asked how much should you take… the doctor said “ as much as you can afford”. But I say be responsible.
