What is the best before for this product..

I worry that it might be oversweet. Any comment on this?

It was delicious but VERY hard to roll out. It was not smooth and I ended up covering it with fondant The marzipan itself was not overly sweet

how large of a cake will this cover?

Just the top of the cake: probably 9-10 inches diameter; top and sides: maybe 7-9 inches. Depends on how thinly you roll the marzipan to make it fit.
