I've been milling my own flour for a couple of years now, and I'm always searching for high-quality, clean wheat berries. I decided to try Palouse Brand because of their commitment to being glyphosate-free and the fact that they're a family farm. I'm so glad I did. Right out of the bag, you can tell these are quality. The berries are clean, uniform, and have a fresh, wholesome smell. They grind into a beautiful, soft, light-colored flour that has been incredible to work with in my sourdough starter and loaves. The flavor it adds is fantastic—slightly sweet, nutty, and so much better than anything store-bought. Plus, the bag has a little code you can scan to see exactly when and where your wheat was harvested. That level of transparency is amazing. This is my new go-to, without a doubt.

I love this wheat! It's really clean, had only a few "black spot" berries. It milled flawlessly and made such delicious bread and pizza crusts! The wheat berries are a great size and look healthy- they should germinate well if you want. They're very versatile, and cooked quite well when used whole. I'll be buying this again soon! I appreciated the durable bag, too.

This is very good 👍 As soon as I received it, I milled into flour and made fresh pizza dough. It was a hit! Easier to digest and the quality of the flour is unmatched, it just taste so fresh!
